This golf course frontage beauty was seriously overdue for some TLC. The timber was weathered, the siding was faded, and the window trim was cracking all over.

Open plan living is the best. This kitchen flows right into the living room. A slightly challenging ceiling to paint though as it continues down the hall into the entry and on into the mudroom.

Very happy how this one turned out. A lot of work went into this home, both exterior and interior.
All beams, posts and soffits were sanded and stained to keep it as natural looking as possible. Contrasts great with charcoal grey siding.
